Ucca Mari stands as Byabo's inaugural private commission, initiated in 2017. This project involved a cost-effective refurbishment encompassing four apartments, outdoor areas, and a swimming pool. The scope of work included structural enhancements to the existing building, innovative layout design, landscaping with local species, and bespoke furniture design. Byabo assumed a pivotal role in overseeing the project, guiding it from the initial Concept Design phase through to the Construction phase. This involved regular on-site visits, suppliers' choice and weekly client's meetings.
