The pavilion's design highlights a technique commonly used in the automotive industry, now applied in architecture. The project is founded on the innovative Robotic Incremental Sheet Forming manufacturing process. Specifically developed for the Arup exhibition, the structure's intricate and free-form shape comprises over a hundred individually tailored metal components. Through a clever interlocking system, these blocks function together, enabling control of forces across the structure's double curvature. I've been closely overseeing the on-site manufacturing process, from the creation of fabrication drawings to the precise execution using the IFC robotic forming.

This remarkable pavilion was featured in "Drivers of Change: New Forms of Practice from The Bartlett School of Architecture" at ARUP London.
